A lot of businesses already know what their needs are and that’s great. For those that don’t, we usually find that a short interview with key personnel will quickly uncover the most vital development areas. We also offer more formal needs analysis options and resources. It is important to ensure that the real needs are identified, so that the right programme can be designed.
 

Creating a unique performance improvement programme sounds expensive, right? Wrong. In fact for 90% of clients we do this for free. All we need to do is extract the relevant components, make any adjustments and put it together into a cohesive programme to meet the identified needs of the business.
 


Another aspect about our business that makes us a little different is in the way we deliver the training. We believe people have to experience it to learn it. This experiential approach to learning has an additional benefit – retention of information. Statistics tell us that if people are actively involved in the learning process they will remember up to four times more information than in a traditional learning environment.
