
Approach to Learning
We know that if you actively involve people in training, then up to four times more information will be remembered. We therefore design our programmes around the concept of experiential learning. This means when you invest in one of our programmes, you can be assured that participants will be involved throughout the workshops in interactive, challenging and ultimately fun activities that drive the key lessons home.
Incorporating this experiential learning approach with other accelerated learning techniques assists significantly with the retention and recollection of information. Probably most significantly of all however, is that this learning is always related back to the business to ensure maximum transfer of information to the workplace.
