What was I doing before I joined Cardinal Solutions?
Prior to joining Cardinal I ran my own private coaching consultancy, providing coaching support and coach training services to individuals, management, and business owners.
Why do I work with Cardinal Solutions?
I like Cardinal’s approach of developing a business through developing the people.
What do I do at Cardinal Solutions?
While I do a small amount of training for Cardinal, my core role is providing coaching support to help people make the adjustments and changes needed to integrate knowledge gained from the training program into their work environment. This includes support with any inner changes needed to develop more effective interpersonal skills.
What do I do when not working?
I’m currently studying psychology, and I have four young children, so when I can escape parental responsibilities I enjoy diving and water-skiing.
